Blades of the Quick and Mighty is the 13th co-op event match out of a total of 21 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. In it, the players, Marth and Ike, respectively, are pitted against Link, Meta Knight, and Ganondorf on Temple. The music track for this event match is Attack, which is otherwise unavailable on Temple, normally playing on Castle Siege.

Trivia

  • Ganondorf is the only character fought in this event who does not wield a sword (outside of his down taunt).
  • Like in the Melee event En Garde!, one of the players is Marth, one of the opponents is Link, the stage is Temple, and a song from the Fire Emblem universe plays.
  • Toon Link is the only sword-wielding fighter who does not appear in this event match.
