Bowser uses his claws to swipe the ground. The first hit deals 14% and high knockback, KOing Mario at 90% at the ledge, or 125% from the center of Final Destination. The second hit is weaker, dealing less damage and knockback. Like his other tilts and neutral attack, the attacking arm is intangible for both hits.
