Temple

Temple is a stage in Super Smash Bros. Melee. It is commonly known as Hyrule Temple, though its proper name is Temple (since "Hyrule" just notes Temple's location). An extremely large stage, it is banned in tournaments because its size provides opportunities for game-breaking camping and stalling.

The lower portion of the stage is referred to as the Fight Club, due to the fact that the surrounding environment keeps the opponent from leaving the stage or being KO'ed easily. This results in high damage percentages and many attacks causing your opponent to fly around the screen. This has also caused a rise in the naming of certain KOs:

• Field Goal: Koing an opponent through the upper right portion of the Fight Club
• Touchdown: Koing an opponent through the lower right portion of the Fight Club
