Initial gut reactions:
- The fact that different moves may or may not be changed each patch, combined with how many patches we are likely to get, makes me very hesitant to use this layout. We're at the 7th version of the game for balance stuff, and we still haven't gotten into the ballot characters' concurrent patches. This is kind of unwieldy at 7; at 10 or more, it'll be very difficult to read properly.
- On top of that, having that many columns isn't going to translate well with a lot of rows, as would be needed for a full character moveset.
- It's a bunch of plain text, unlike the current patch change list where the buff/nerf/bugfix icons help to make it more readable and easily understandable.

- For me, I can relate to both sides; I like the concept that Toomai is suggesting, but I can see why they would cause problems.
