Invasion of privacy controversies[edit]

In December 2018, NaughtyPigMario broke the privacy rules of the HKSBC Whatsapp group by leaking a user's profile picture when he sent a screenshot to a different Whatsapp group. As a result, he would receive a permanent ban from the HKSBC Whatsapp group and would be kicked out of both the Discord server and Facebook group. However, following the HKSBC Smash Ultimate Winter Tournament 2018, important members of the HKSBC such as Tekketsu and CC would give him back access to both groups.

Around October 2020, NPM would come under controversy once again after leaking personal information such as Facebook profiles, photos, real names, birthdays, and venue addresses online. As a result, a committee was formed to investigate the issue and NPM was issued a final warning from the HKSBC. Following this controversy, NPM would quit playing Ultimate, instead opting to focus on the Super Smash Bros. mod Smash Remix.
