I'm also removing the "partially or wholly derived" rule; it was added by a non-admin without any discussion, which should have been reverted in the first place, but it is also highly debatable if such names are inherently imitation or any other sort of problem. For example, would we really disallow "Aidan Von Karma" or "Cookie Tyrant" as usernames? Finally, added the standard "admins can make a judgement on anything outside these rules" clause.
