The Colorado Smash logo, I just kind of sketched out one day, trying to make a mountain range look like the letters "S M A S H", I then sent it to a friend and she rendered the final version. About your RFA...
Don't take failing the RFA too hard. A common mistake among some newer users is that they think they can quickly become an admin. It usually takes at least a year of dedicated improvement to the wiki, as well as proving to everyone that they are capable of settling disputes between users, before you can reasonably expect to get support for your candidacy. There's a reason we only have six admins out of the many users who contribute to the site. I felt like pointing this out because it's easy to become discouraged if you are new to a wiki and something like this happens.
