242 stars in Super Mario Galaxy 2? Seriously, Nintendo? It's like they want the game to take 2 years to 100%! When I first got the first 120 Stars and unlocked the Green Ones, I spent my entire weekend getting them! AND STILL DIDN'T FINISH! And "the chimp" minigames? DO YOU KNOW WHAT KIND OF HECK I WENT THROUGH TO BEAT THE HONEYHOP GALAXY CHIMP MISSION?!?!? Jeeze, maybe it's just me, but the depth perception is HORRIBLE in all of Nintendo's 3D platformers. What is up with people dissing the Pokemon Series? I can understand why they might jump to conclusions after watching the anime series, but the games are another animal. They're RPG's people! What don't you get? They aren't supposed to be full of "action" or blood and gore or any of that. And they're more complex than people think. EV training, IV's, base stats, Nature influences, and even breeding are some things that even long-time players of the games don't get. I never understood EV's untill about 5 months ago, and I still remember the smile on my face as my mother bought me Pokemon FireRed. Seriously people, back off. Now don't get me wrong, I doubt I'm talking to any of you other users on the wiki, but the COD obsessors, World of Warcraft nerds, etc. need to shut up and try the games for themselves, or face the wrath of my hypercharged Zoroark! | |||

WHY does eveybody think that Super Mario Sunshine is a blacksheet in the Mario series? Seriously, I understand how the lack of long jumps can impair Mario's manuverability, but that's what FLUDD is for! And the hover nozzle? Anyone who thinks that is "cheap" has obviously never played Sunshine before, because even though the hover nozzle helps, Nintendo sets the worlds up so that it still leaves a lot to be desired. I think the idea of having a Shooter-Mario-Game-that-is-still-appropriate-for-kids-type-thing is cool! I'm hoping that they make a Sequel to Sunshine on either the Wii U or the 3DS. And one more thing. SUNSHINE IS A PREQUEL TO LUIGI'S MANSION! I DON'T CARE WHEN THEY WERE RELEASED! THE STAR WARS SAGA WASN'T RELEASED IN ORDER, SO WHY DO MARIO GAMES HAVE TO BE!!!!!! Btw, fun fact, Luigi's Mansion was actually released one day BEFORE the Gamecube. Read it here.

JUST TO MAKE THINGS CLEAR the following text is actually false. The Wii Family Edition won't be released in America, only Europe. I want to thank two anonymous users and BlindColours for pointing that out. Notice this was only up for a day. That's because I went and changed it. I'm not really sure why I'm leaving this in the previous rages, I just felt that it belonged there.
Why are they remodeling the Wii? I'm not talking about the Wii U, Nintendo recently announce a remodel for the Wii, called the Wii Family Edition. It's a stupid idea, to say the least. Here's why.
The WFE can't sit vertically, only on it's side, like the Wii U, which wastes space. They claim the motion controls are better, but the reality of it is that a Wii Motion Plus would perform just as well. It is SLIGHTLY smaller than the Wii, having about this much | | space off of each end. Now you may be wondering, why is it smaller? What's the point? Consoles don't need to be any smaller. Well here's why, and it's probably the worst part. THE WII FAMILY EDITION IS NOT BACKWARDS COMPATIBLE WITH GAMECUBE CONTROLLERS OR GAMES. Yeah, It's pretty stupid. Nintendo also stated that they would COMPLETELY DISCONTINUE THE CURRENT WII MODEL. So I suggest anyone who somehow doesn't have a Wii to get one before the good ones are gone.
