Tingle is a small 35 year old man dressed like Link who wants to be a fairy.
He appears in Super Smash Bros. Melee in the Termina Stage. He is harmless in this stage though.
He is an Assist Trophy in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. He brings in small balloons which carries one piece of food.
