Low Tier

19th place (which is Peach) is the dead centre of this list and many consider that she is upper-mid tier. Furthermore, Below 19th place is the low tier and all characters placed between 20th and 27th place are considered to be middle tier and between 28th and 30th place are considered to be lower-mid tier, so can anyone fix it?
