Meaning of "Gyromite"

Just to clear up some confusion, someone previously wrote that R.O.B.'s "spinning tops" were called "Gyromites" and that "Gyro" was simply a shortened version of the term (also, an older version of the special move template even had the down special move listed as "Gyromite" for the move's name as well). I don't know where that came from, but it was entirely incorrect. Gyro and "Gyromite" are completely different things. Gyros are the "spinning tops". Gyromite is the title of the NES game that used R.O.B. with the Gyros. The game got its title from the words "gyro" (which R.O.B. used for the game) and "dynamite" which was a major element in the game itself. The idea that "Gyro" came from "Gyromite" is nonsensical since that isn't even an actual word. --Bman87301 15:24, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
