S2J (abbreviation for Smoke2Jointz) is a Melee Captain Falcon professional who is currently ranked 4th on the SoCal Melee Power Rankings. S2J is considered to be the best Captain Falcon player in the world after Hax switched to maining Fox, and he is currently ranked as such on the 2014 SSBM Player Rankings. He is also one of seven players to win a Melee tournament with over 300 entrants, the others being Mango, Armada, PPMD, Leffen, Lucky, and DruggedFox.

- While S2J has begun developing his edgeguarding game, he is still notorious for occasionally making very poor edgeguard attempts.
- As Captain Falcon, S2J taking a stock from his opponent in one combo is known as a Johnny Stock.
- According to his ask.fm, S2J quit his job to play Melee near-full time, but also plays online poker for income.
