Azelf is a generation IV legendary Pokemon[1]. and is one of the legendary psychic trio of legendary psychic pokemon found in Shinnoh, Including Uxie, Mesprit, and Azelf.

In Super Smash Bros. Brawl

It randomly appears in the background of the stage Spear Pillar, but has no effect on the battle.
