gaR is a smasher originally from Texas who now resides in NorCal who mains Sheik, and is currently ranked 13th on the NorCal Melee Power Rankings. He is known to chaingrab in sheik ditto friendlies and is easily spotted at nationals due to his hair. gaR created the gaRPR smasher ranking system.
