Perfect pivoting is a new technique introduced in smash 4. It is similar to wavedashing. The way to Perfect Pivot it to flick your controllers joystick left then right very quickly. Or right then left. Captain Falcon has the longest perfect pivot, Jigglypuff has the shortest.
