- Weegee is actually incorrect, any registered user can create pages regardless of their confirmation status... except when the wiki is in a yellow or higher status, which it is right now. At which point, page creation is restricted to autoconfirmed users. This restriction also extends to editing user pages, so even if someone creates your user page for you, you still won’t be able to edit it until autoconfirmation. Black Vulpine of the 🦊Furry Nation🐺.
