I know Spirits like Lip and Magikoopa can be used to obtain Olimar, but I do not know how meany share the same effect(s), or that if some like Lapras or both Kappn' Spirits have exclusive effects. I am in favor of deleting Lapras' page and getting an "Overworld Spirit Effects" page instead.
