F.L.U.D.D. is Mario's Down B in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. Mario takes out his F.L.U.D.D. backpack from Super Mario Sunshine, and while he has it out, the player can hold down and the B button to charge the attack up, even when shielding. When released, the F.L.U.D.D. will send a torrent of water, which will not damage the opponent, but still knock them away.
F.L.U.D.D. stands for Flash Liquidizer Ultra Dousing Device.
