And yes, I was half-joking when I suggested Homestar Runner and Strong Bad. While I know they have, like, a 0.000001% chance of appearing, they're still characters that I'd really like to see.

As for why I have Ridley in my original roster, but not in this one: since he's one of the most-wanted characters (at least on GameFaqs), and I couldn't think of a good-enough Metroid character, I jumped on the bandwagon.

Oh, and the Final Fantasy/Dragon Quest placeholder is for one of the characters who appeared in Mario Hoops/Sports Mix or Fortune Street.

As for the other placeholder, it's for a character who is made-up for SSB4.
