Moveset swaps are when hacking devices such as Action Replay are used to give character models different movesets from other characters. The results from this vary. Some characters become glitchy and unusable, such as the Snake/Captain Falcon combo. This has also been done in [[Melee]].

Examples:

*[[Mariolimar]]- Mario's character model with Olimar's moveset.
*[[Roadkill]]- Sonic's character model with Fox's moveset.
*[[Ganonchu]]- Pikachu's character model with Ganondorf's moveset.
*[[Wolvereach]]- Peach with Sonic's moveset.
*[[Manly-Man]]- Snake with Captain Falcon's moveset.
