::::::The {{pkmn|Igglybuff}} line are all Normal/Fairy types, Eevee is the only one of its kind that’s Normal type. My point is, Evee is an official starter according to Let’s Go standards. [[Special:Contributions/174.55.24.64|174.55.24.64]] 20:34, June 10, 2022 (EDT)
:::::::How does Eevee being the only Normal-type in its family even remotely denote its status as a Starter Pokémon? Eevee was only a Starter because Game Freak wanted a "partner" of sorts to Pikachu for the ''Let's Go'' games, and Pikachu was only a Starter in ''Yellow'' (and subsequently, ''Let's Go'') because of that game being based on the anime. If anything, the Normal-type (and the Electric-type) being a "Starter type" is more of a coincidence than anything.

Are you gonna make disambiguation pages for Pokémon that debuted as spirits? [[Special:Contributions/174.55.24.64|174.55.24.64]] 18:42, July 2, 2022 (EDT)
:No. I don't really have time to make redirects for dozens of these characters (hundreds of we're going outside of Pokemon).
:Also, I would really appreciate it if you could just cool it off with the requests. I'm not the only verified user on this site, so other users can do what you asked if they have the time (although please do not go around asking other users the same request, as such an action may be seen as disruptive). On the upcoming appearances tracker and the list of SSB references pages, I had no Wi-Fi so that’s why my edits were under a different account. So don’t block me for sockpuppetry then. [[Special:Contributions/174.55.24.64|174.55.24.64]] 18:39, July 12, 2022 (EDT)

It's completely normal for unregistered users to switch between or even change IPs, so you're not under the risk of a block. I don't want to be the one to go through Sora's voice clips in any game and determine where they came from (even though I know for a fact that some of the ones in Smash are from KH3D), but I thought it'd at least be worth mentioning that Sora is one of the many playable characters in 358's Mission Mode, separate from the main campaign. Why don’t you show your Mario Wiki and Bulbapedia accounts even though you have them? I remember I saw in the [[Goomba]] Mario wiki page Smash 64 was mentioned and I asked if you would remove it. I don’t know why you don’t mention them anymore even though you retired from those wikis. I think the Mario wiki account was named after [[Koopa Troopa]] but I’m not sure, and I guess the Bulbapedia account was named after a turtle Pokémon. == Table scroll ==
The easiest way I know to add horizontal scroll to a table is to encase the table in a div with the following: <code><nowiki><div style="overflow-x:auto;"></nowiki></code>. Also on smaller screens the cell's images overlap each other, can see it by changing browser size or zooming-in. This is because of the "white-space:nowrap;". I think you can instead place "<code><nowiki>style="min-width:X; width:X;"|</nowiki></code>" in the headers (with X being the same in both), this should also let you remove the <<nowiki/>br>s if tweaked properly. --[[User:CanvasK|CanvasK]] ([[User talk:CanvasK|talk]]) 02:35, August 26, 2022 (EDT)
:I am trying to work with it, but the problem is that I just cannot figure which goes where and everything I tried won't generate the scroll bar. Could you perhaps provide an example so I know what to do? ::Should be able as simple as
<pre>
<div style="overflow-x:auto;">
{|class="wikitable sortable" blah blah
table stuff
...
table stuff
|}
</div>
</pre>
::It won't show a scrollbar unless it does go off the screen; adding "width:500px;" to the div should force it just to test or use "overflow-x:scroll;" to always show it with it being unusable if there is nothing to scroll. --[[User:CanvasK|CanvasK]] ([[User talk:CanvasK|talk]]) 06:50, August 26, 2022 (EDT)
:::Still having issues. I can't find a way for the wikitable to have a horizontal scrollbar while also keeping everything aligned as shown on my page. I need everything to be grouped into an even amount as possible, but everything I do just completely ignores that (for an example of what I'm talking about: the ''Mario'' items in ''Melee'' are supposed to go "a row of 3 each from top to bottom", but every code I tried instead goes "2 each, then 1, then 2 each, then 1, etc."). ::::Hm, I think the <<nowiki/>br>s may be necessary. [[Special:Diff/1721925|How's this]]? Removed the white-space, kept the line breaks, and made the min-width <code>common width*items per row+10px</code>. It completely breaks at super small screen sizes, but I think that isn't unique to what we're doing. --[[User:CanvasK|CanvasK]] ([[User talk:CanvasK|talk]]) 17:34, August 26, 2022 (EDT)

I'm well aware about Lady Luck (it's noted in the trivia, and the pic itself is in the gallery), but I was actually updating the trivia to match Hollow Bastion's own page, which [[Hollow Bastion#Trivia|also notes that there's no background characters, not counting the Dive to the Heart artwork]]. I don't particularly care if my edit gets reverted back onto the page with this in mind, or if the trivia point gets removed altogether in order to count both Lady Luck and the Stations of Awakening as "background characters", but I just thought I'd say that much. == Should rereleases count as appearances? ==
I see you don't think translation rereleases don't count. That's fine. But I also see  [https://www.ssbwiki.com/index.php?title=Flying_Man&diff=next&oldid=1746110 you changed the most recent appearance to Earthbound's initial release instead of the Mother 1+2 2003 compilation like it was before]. How are rereleases counted as appearances on this wiki? Because Palutena, all three Street Fighter characters, and most of the Mega Man characters have compilation rereleases as their most recent appearances, while Sheik and Olimar/Alph have rereleases of single games as their most recent appearances. Should those count? I'm aware FFVII Remake is essentially just a different game, and some remakes are different visually like Link's Awakening or add new features like Tropical Freeze, but what about rereleases that don't actually change the game? [[Special:Contributions/157.242.208.253|157.242.208.253]] 18:43, December 8, 2022 (EST)
:Not gonna lie, I completely misread [[Special:Diff/1746070|your summary here]] as "If compilation rereleases '''don't''' count" (I was just barely awake at that moment, okay) and just assumed that's how it is without actually checking for other pages for this kind of thing (I also had to go someplace where I can't use the Internet, so I was extremely short on time as well).
:Also, correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe ''NES Remix 2'' (the game listed as Palutena's most recent game) is not actually a compilation rerelease, but rather a collection of minigames based on NES games.
:Anyway, at this point, I'm just not sure what even qualifies for "latest appearances" since I can't be bothered to judge how different a port should be to separate it from the original and I'm just not in the mood to have this discussion right now. I don't think decades-late translations should count if they're not full-on remakes, but everything else I just don't know.
:I'll say that I would be in complete support of just axing the "Most recent non-''Smash'' appearance" segment altogether, but I am certain the majority of users here would absolutely oppose the idea of that, so I don't wanna bother engaging in a battle I know I'm not gonna win. [[File:JacketTerraSig1.png|20px]]'''The [[User:The Jacketed Terrapin|<span style="color: blue;">Jacketed</span>]] [[User talk:The Jacketed Terrapin|<span style="color: green;">Terrapin</span>]]'''[[File:JacketTerraSig2.png|20px]] 19:53, December 8, 2022 (EST)
:::Axing the "most recent appearances" sections is actually not a bad idea. I had just gotten done removing costumes as appearances after having a discussion that they don't count no matter how visible the original character is, with part of the response saying cameos shouldn't count either. I might start a draft on that proposal. [[Special:Contributions/157.242.208.253|157.242.208.253]] 20:15, December 8, 2022 (EST)
