Ganondorf, using Wizard's Foot on Wario

Wizard's Foot is Ganondorf's Down B attack. It is functionally similar to Captain Falcon's Falcon Kick. When on the ground, Ganondorf will do a horizontal kick engulfed in dark energy across a medium area with decent knockback, and good priority. In the air, he will do a slanted vertical kick that spikes.

  • In most cases, trying to spike with it in SSBB results in a SD (except some cases while trying to recover).
  • If used near a ledge, it can spike the enemy while Ganondorf still stays on the stage.
  • A horizontal kick against a wall will launch Ganondorf backwards.
  • If used on the ground, it can send Ganondorf right over certain items, such as Diddy Kong's bannanas, without activating them.
  • In SSBM, using it in the air will allow Ganondorf to use his second jump again.
  • In SSBB, this is not the case. Also, Ganondorf will move a little towards the direction of the move before the hitbox shows. If you tap it immediately as he crouches for his jump animation, he will send out a small damaging shockwave on the spot, but not emit dark energy. Also, in the air, if it hits in the last frames, it will send opponents powerfully upwards instead of spiking.
  • If Ganondorf uses Wizard's Foot just as he hits a spring in a custom stage, he will launch more than twice as high.
