How do I use the switch function?

The recent poor-username guy

I don't approve of how you handled the situation of "ByFarTheBestPlayerInTheWorld". SW:NAME specifies that an indefinite block is only to be used "If the user has an offensive, incomprehensible, or excessively long name", and then "Explain on their talk page how their username is inappropriate". In this case, not only is the name in question not offensive, reasonably comprehensible, and only arguably too long (28 chars, IRC max is 30), but you left other people the mess of telling the user what he did wrong instead of going to his talk page yourself. I apologize for a lack of response on the user's talk page, that was honestly a stupid decision and a major screwup, and I'll be the first to admit it. As far as the block went, I presumed that the user was a sockpuppet of a vandal earlier this month who made a spam page insisting that they were basically the greatest smasher alive.
