User:Air Conditioner/Adminship?
Now, there has been some talk lately about "electing another admin." Frankly, I think we do not need it. However, should the need arise, I have compiled this list of rollbackers and other people who might possibly want adminship. Likely candidates for adminship are marked in green. Candidates that have a possibility of adminship if they would be likely if they were more active/showed desire for adminship marked in red. Candidates that I'm a bit on the fence on are marked blue. This is intended to reflect the community's views, so if something on here does not reflect community consensus, by all means change it.
Rollbackers[edit]
Air Conditioner[edit]
- Can spell.
- Knows how admin functions work.
- Hates people in general.
- Doesn't want adminship.
- Would be way too ban-happy.
VERDICT: I don't want adminship, and I'd never get it.
BlindColours[edit]
- Generally a decent editor.
- Too inactive.
- Seems like would not make a good admin overall.
VERDICT: Unlikely.
Brawls of fury[edit]
- Good at reverting vandalism.
- Relatively active.
- Not experienced enough.
VERDICT: Not right now. We'd have to see what he does after a year or so with the wiki.
Dots[edit]
- Super-active.
- Generally decent editor overall.
- Does not seem to be popular with influential people in SmashWiki.
- At times, makes unnecessary comments.
VERDICT: Good editor, but would not make a good admin.
Dr. Pain 99[edit]
- Experienced.
- Knows his way around admin skills.
- Knows policy well.
- Makes competent decisions.
- Too inactive to be an admin.
VERDICT: Would be a good admin if and only if he becomes more active.
HavocReaper48[edit]
- Veteran editor (this is one of the best qualities you can have, according to Mega).
- Previous admin experience.
- Extremely competent.
- Too inactive to be an admin.
VERDICT: Would be a good admin if and only if he becomes more active.

- Ultra-inactive.
VERDICT: I'm not sure, I don't think I've ever had any sort of interaction with the guy.
Megatron1[edit]
- Loads of experience.
- I think he's an admin somewhere else.
- Continuously expresses a desire to be inactive.
VERDICT: Definitely, although I wonder if he would still be around when we actually need him.

- Extremely competent.
- Too inactive to be an admin.
VERDICT: Would be a good admin if and only if he becomes more active.
Mr. Anon[edit]
- Competent editor.
- Veteran, I think.
- Previous admin experience, I think.
- Two failed RfAs.
VERDICT: Like his name, what would happen if he RfA'd is a mystery.
PSIWolf[edit]
- Knows his way around the wiki.
- Would be ban-happy.
- Constantly butts into talk page disputes that do not concern him, which have a negative effect on the outcome.
- Insults others way too often.
VERDICT: Good user, but would make horrible admin.
ReiDemon[edit]
- Veteran.
- One of the all-time most competent editors ever.
- Too inactive.
- No interest in adminship.
VERDICT: Could easily get adminship if he wanted to, but too inactive as of right now.
RickTommy[edit]
- Very, very competent.
- Not very active.
- Not very experienced.
VERDICT: Give him a year or two and you have a likely candidate.
RoyboyX[edit]
- Veteran, I think.
- Competent for the most part.
- Actively proposes various stuff.
- Jumps the gun too much, according to OT.
- Has only recently become really active.
VERDICT: We'll have to see, because I have no f*cking clue what will happen.

- Huge amount of admin experience.
- Too inactive.
- Trolls too much.
VERDICT: You never know, but I'd bet against it.
ToastUltimatum[edit]
- Quite popular with new users.
- Oodles of previous admin experience.
- Two failed RfAs.
- A certain random word incident involving another user who avenges stuff has made me lose all faith in his ability to administrate.
VERDICT: I once thought he was one of the best candidates out there, but... *cough*the RWS incident*cough*
