:::Well, Apex has a tournament series page, that tells the story of the event. It's not perfect, but if no one has a problem with that page, why not expand this one in a similar fashion? Some of this info doesn't fit on each event page, coming out as trivia. Attendance history is somewhat interesting too, and while now it's obvious that EVO's the largest Smash tournament every year they pick a Smash game, this might not be case on the long run.[[User:PFFP|PFFP]] ([[User talk:PFFP|talk]]) 19:50, 6 August 2015 (EDT)

The idea to feature the champions of a tournament series on the main page of that tournament is nice, but I think this would be better organized if it were on its own section. :EVO Japan is a separate series from EVO. There has only been one for ''Smash'' as of right now, with another coming this winter, so I'd say hold off on it for now. EVO has done all of the Smash games except for the N64 version. Why didn't they choose that?
