::::The "different name" point doesn't mean much, since Target Smash has been called something different through each game. The fact remains that Classic Mode is pretty much the same thing as 1P game. Heck, it's called Classic Mode, clearly meaning that the creators consider it the same thing. They obviously couldn't call it "1P game" in Melee, since there are other single-player options, so they decided to distinguish it from them by calling it Classic Mode. :::::Well at least the announcers say "Break the targets!" at the begin of a beginning of target smash anyways. ..... (talk) 21:39, 19 March 2011 (EDT)
:::::FYI: 1P mode and Classic modes are pretty much the same but they don't have same stages for each games, such as Aboard the platforms is not in Melee or Brawl which means its excluseve to SSB. Also FYI: I don't know how to spell that well so forgive me too on that. ..... (talk) 21:45, 19 March 2011 (EDT)
::::::Melee's Classic Mode also has some minigames that Brawl's doesn't. Does that mean it's something different. Mr. Anon (talk) 00:05, 26 April 2011 (EDT)
