Sudowoodo (ウソッキー, Usokkī, Usokkie in Japanese language versions) is a fictional creature in the Pokémon media franchise.
Sudowoodo is a Pokémon. It appears as:

*a trophy in Super Smash Bros. Melee
Creature description
*one of the floats in Poké Floats
Sudowoodo is a moderately large humanoid rock creature with green orbs on its arms that make it look like an imitation of a tree. According to the Pokédex, it always pretends to be a tree standing along paths to avoid being attacked by enemies in the wild, but several things can give it away easily; if one of its branch-like arms shakes when there's no wind it's a Sudowoodo, and because its green-orbed forelegs remain green throughout the year, it is easily identified as a fake during the winter. Being more closely related to rocks in composition than trees, it hates water and is very weak to it, so it will disappear if it starts raining.
*a spirit in Super Smash Bros. Ultimate.

In the Fourth Generation, it gained a pre-evolved form named Bonsly.

In Super Smash Bros. Melee
Sudowoodo has made only two minor appearances.

As a stage element
A giant balloon of Sudowoodo (in actuality the 3D model of Sudowoodo used in Pokémon Stadium 2 for Nintendo 64) is one of the many floating and bending "platforms" that comprise the Poké Floats stage.

As a trophy
Sudowoodo features as a collectible trophy, unlocked as one of the 100+ trophies that can be collected randomly during normal play, such as in the Trophy Lottery and throughout the various Single-player Regular Matches. It reads as follows:

:Sudowoodo
:A copycat Pokémon with an aversion to battle, Sudowoodo always poses as a tree in order to avoid being attacked. Despite their arboreal appearance, these Pokémon are actually Rock-types, and therefore highly vulnerable to water. When it begins to rain, they vanish. Sudowoodo can be found blocking Route 36 in Johto. (Pokémon Gold & Silver 10/00)
