'''tacos''' (previously known as '''$N@K3''') is a top-level [[Super Smash Bros. 64]] player from Brownsville, Texas currently based in Mexico who is considered one of the best ''[[Smash 64]]'' players in the world. He is also regarded as the best Yoshi player in North America along with {{sm|Wizzrobe}}, {{sm|Star King}} and {{sm|Fireblaster}}. He is also highly proficient with many characters, such as {{SSB|Jigglypuff}}, {{SSB|Captain Falcon}} and {{SSB|Kirby}}.

He is one half of ''Team Luv'' along with the Canadian player {{sm|The Z}}, a very strong doubles team who notably took second place at [[Apex 2015]].

He boasts tournament victories over world-class players such as {{sm|Ruoka Dancho}}, {{Sm|Dext3r}}, {{Sm|Mariguas}}, {{sm|Banze}} and {{sm|Wizzrobe}} among other. He only holds negative records to {{sm|Isai}} (0-1), {{Sm|KeroKeroppi}} (0-1) and {{sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}} (0-4).

==Playing style==

tacos uses a Hori controller. He is known for his very unconventional style, unpredictable combos and high [[technical skill]]. He is extremely proficient at using the [[parry]], and has great movement fluidity. His playstyle is also sometimes seen as disrespectful, due to his tendency to sandbag when ahead in a match, and frequently utilizing [[taunt canceling]].

tacos has been a prominent net play player since 2011.  

He entered his first international tournament in 2014 at [[Apex 2014|Apex]], where he was sent to losers' bracket by {{Sm|Isai}} 0-2 in the second round of winners. In the loser's bracket however, he went on a tear, defeating The Z 2-0, Revan 2-0 and Dext3r 2-0 to enter top 8, where he then defeated Ruoka Dancho 3-1 before losing to SuPeRbOoMfAn 0-3, ending him at a very unexpected 5th place.  

At [[Apex 2015]], no longer considered an underdog, tacos dominated again in singles, taking sets off {{sm|Fireblaster}} 2-0, {{sm|Firo}} 2-0 then {{sm|Banze}} 2-0 to enter top 8, where he defeated {{Sm|Mariguas}} 3-1 in Winner's Semis and took a game off {{sm|SuPeRbOoMfAn}} in Winner's Finals, though he lost the set 1-3. After the loss, he then defeated {{sm|Wizzrobe}} 3-1 in loser's finals to face SuPeRbOoMfAn again in Grand Finals, where this time he lost 0-3 in a very anticlimactic set. He also placed 2nd in doubles, teaming with The Z, defeating formidable teams such as Banze & {{sm|CabeLo}} 3-1, Dext3r & Wizzrobe 3-0 and {{sm|Star King}} & {{sm|Killer}} 3-0 (after losing to them 2-3 in winner's side), losing to {{sm|JaimeHR}} and SuPeRbOoMfAn in Grand Finals 0-3.

In June 2015, he entered singles at [[Smash of Ages 2015]] in Panorama City, California, the largest Smash 64 event on the West Coast in years, where he met fierce competition from SuPeRbOoMfAn, Mariguas, JaimeHR and West Coast's top players. He placed second, losing to Mariguas 2-3 in winners' side, defeated JaimeHR in losers side and Mariguas 3-2 in a rematch in losers final, and faced SuPeRbOoMfAn in Grand Finals where he was defeated 1-3, taking second place.

He recently competed at [[Super Smash Con]]. In winner's, his notable wins on his way to Winners Finals were vs Revan in Quarters and Wizzrobe in Semis. After losing to SuperBoomFan in WF, he lost to KeroKeroppi in LF 0-3, netting 3rd.
