DFC is currently 1st on the [[Chicago_Power_Rankings|Illinois Project M Power Rankings]] and 11th on [[PMRank 2019]]. DFC plays a multitude of characters, often picking up new characters for a few weeks only to drop them for other ones soon after for fun. He was primarily a ''Melee'' player originally but entered ''Project M'' tournaments on occasion. Around February 2017 he switched to ''Project M'' fully, dropping ''Melee''. Nowadays he plays both with ''Project M'' still as the focus. "Drugfreechu" is a play on the fact that his first main character in ''Melee'' was {{SSBM|Pichu}}, and used the red ribbon costume; a red ribbon symbolizes a pledge to be drug free.
