Qbby's amiibo character copyright legal notice reads "© HAL Laboratory, Inc.", showing that he is fully owned by HAL Laboratory, unlike the Kirby characters which are co-owned by HAL and Nintendo. So, what should we categorize him under?  Juju1995 (talk) 22:20, July 31, 2022 (EDT)
