Monkeys Unite (ゆけ！ジャイアントドンキー！, Go! Giant Donkey!) is the 22nd solo event match out of a total of 41 in Super Smash Bros. Brawl. The player takes control of Diddy Kong and is allied with Giant Donkey Kong against Sheik and Lucario. The player must defeat both Sheik and Lucario to win the event match. Though at first the match seems very unbalanced on the side of the player, the Giant Donkey Kong has very poor AI compared to the opponents. The event does not end in a failure if Giant DK is KO'd, unlike most other events that involve teaming up with an ally.

- The stage used for this event is Rumble Falls. However, the song used for this event is Opening (Donkey Kong), which usually appears on 75m. Additionally, the image that represents the event shows the Kongs on said stage.
- Even if 75m is not unlocked, Opening (Donkey Kong) will still play.
